Why are my phone numbers not saving?

That happens because your device is not online, and that can happen due to incorrect APN settings. Follow all the below steps on the watch:

Wireless Settings

Step 1

Press side button and swipe to the left and tap β€˜More’ 

Step 2

Tap on 'Settings' 

Step 3

On the option 'Wireless', make sure it's OFF

Mobile Networks

Press side button and swipe to the left and tap β€˜More'

Step 2

Tap on 'Settings'

Step 3

Tap on 'Mobile Networks'

Step 4

On 'Data Roaming' - make sure it's ON and go back to 'Mobile Networks' (you can follow steps 1-3 again)

On 'VoLTE' - make sure it's OFF and go back to 'Mobile Networks' (you can follow steps 1-3 again)

On 'APN' - Change the APN name/settings to telstra.internet (if you are with Telstra)

Note: Common Australian APN based on network providers:

  • ALDI Mobile - mdata.net.au
  • Vodafone - ive.vodafone.com
  • Telstra - telstra.internet
  • Optus - Yesinternet
  • Boost Mobile - Boost_Mobile
