Installing SIM CardStep 1 Use the mini screwdriver (included) to remove the SIM cover on the watch. Step 2 Insert a suitable 4G SIM card with the gold side facing upwards and the diagonal corner facing the bottom right corner of the watch â see image for details. Step 3 Push the SIM card all the way in until it clicks into place. You may need to use a fingernail very carefully or something to push it all the way in.

Using the Watch, Troubleshooting & TipsPower on Hold the power button for 3 seconds to start the watch. Power off Option 1: Click the watch âMoreâ / âSettingsâ / âoffâ / âOKâ Option 2: APP Settings / âRemote Shutdownâ Charging Insert the USB charging cable with USB wall adapter. We suggest using a 5v â 1A charger. Charging should take approximately 2-3 hours for a full charge. To maximise battery life's longevity, please remove the device from charging once entirely changed and allow the battery to fully drain for the first three uses.

Calling & MessagingCalling To send SOS voice call to phone numbers, set the desired phone numbers in the app (how do I add SOS numbers?). The Watch can dial any number in the app / Settings/ Phonebook and talk to another phone. Only authorized phone numbers on the app's Phonebook can call the watch, you can also set the watch to answer automatically. Messaging The Watch can receive a short text message sent by APP, but cannot send a text message from Watch (only audio messages).

SOS Alert Notifications and Voice CallIn case of emergency, press the SOS Button (power button) for 3 seconds to trigger the emergency call SOS. The GPS watch will call the three preset emergency numbers in a loop, twice. If the two times are not answered, the loop will be terminated, and the call will not be continued. To add/edit SOS numbers, open App > More > Settings > SOS Numbers - Enter SOS phone numbers, tap save.
