Troubleshooting Location (Android)

If you think that your GPS device is showing the wrong location, or you’re having problems requesting a location, follow these steps:

Step 1

Open your app and go to your tag’s profile screen.

Step 2

On tag’s profile, tap settings.

Step 3

Tap on “operating modes and frequencies” in the operating modes section.

Step 4

Tap on “Power Modes”.

Step 5

Select “Live tracking” from the list.

Step 6 

Tap “Done”.

Step 7

Change location update frequency to custom

Step 8

Push the slide left to 10 seconds and save

Step 9

Once location has been updated, return to your original settings.
