Troubleshooting Location (Android)
If you think that your device is showing the wrong location, or you’re having problems requesting a location, follow these steps:
Open your app and go to your tag’s proﬁle screen.
On tag’s proﬁle, tap settings.
Tap on “operating modes and frequencies” in the operating modes section.
Tap on “Power Modes”.
Select “Live tracking” from the list.
Change location update frequency to custom
Push the slide left to 10 seconds and save
Once location has been updated, return to your original settings.
