Deleting/Unbinding a device from my account

If the NutTag has been paired with an app account, to successfully delete tags from your app and account you must follow the below instructions. To ‘delete’ or ‘unbind’ successfully the tag must be next the your phone and connected when deleting.

Step 1

Ensure the tracker to be deleted is in range 

Step 2

Open the Nut App

Step 4

Scroll down and tap on "About Device"

Step 5

Scroll to the bottom and tap on "Unbind"

Step 6

Confirm

Note: If a tracker is deleted from the original account while it is connected it can be paired with another account. However, if it is deleted while disconnected, it can only be paired with the original account.
