Help CenterSMS alerts were created to allow devices to send text message notifications to individuals who lack access to NutTAG GPS APP. If you've installed the App on your phone, you can activate "App alerts" for various functions like SOS alarms, low battery warnings, falls, and geofence alerts. Alternatively, if you want to receive SMS alerts, you can enable SMS notifications by entering your phone number in the designated SMS section. Make sure you have enough SMS Alert credits.
Steps in adding credit to your account is super easy. Your credit will be shared across all your devices.

Click on Profile image top right, then click on the text "My Profile"

Click on tab "SMS"

Click on the cog on the top right to Add/change SMS credit or the blue button "Add Plan"

Select your preferred subscription type

Enter card details. Once the payment has been made, your account will be adjusted
