Why is my GPS app showing the wrong location?

Get your first location fix:   

Step 1: 

Turn your device off. 

Seek Pro: Hold the SOS button(button on the front), and the call button (button on the side) down for 3 seconds. The lights at the front of the unit will turn off and the unit should vibrate. How to turn Seek PRO on

Spot Pet Tracker: Hold the power button (button on the front), down for 10 seconds. The lights at the front of the unit will turn off . How to turn Sport on

Step 2:

 Go outside or ensure you are near a window. 

Step 3: 

Turn your device on. 

Seek Pro: Hold the call button (button on the side) on the side for one second. Lights should start flashing on the side. How to turn Seek PRO off

Spot Pet Tracker: Hold the power button (button on the front), down for 1 second. The lights at the front of the unit will turn oon . How to turn Sport off
