Potential causes of offline problems:
- The battery might be depleted.
- No data - Verify SIM coverage by contacting customer support.
- Your device could be in a deep sleep mode.
You can try the following troubleshootings steps to get your device to go online and active:
Step 1: Charge your device, at least for an hour or two (3hrs to fully charge)
Step 2: After charging, reboot your device by following the steps according to your type of device ( refer to links:)

Step 3: After rebooting, take your device outside for a walk under the sky so device have clearer view of satellites/gsm coverage. Best to move around for better triangulation.
Step 4: Give your GPS device a call (not applicable to Spot GPS Pet); if it rings, that's an encouraging indication. Your device will become online shortly.
Step 5: After moving your device for 5 - 10 minutes, refresh your NutTAG GPS App. App should generate your current location and status should be ONLINE.
