How to update fall detection sensitivity (iOS)

This article is for Seek Pro and Guardian devices using iPhone / iOS

Fall detection sensitivity levels is very important, 1 being the least sensitive and 10 being the most sensitive. So we always suggest going with a 6 or 7. Test the device, if you feel it's too sensitive or it's going off for no reason causing false positives, just decrease the sensitivity.

Step 1

Go to more > Fall detection

Step 2

Turn on the toggle - the sensitivy level will be locked at 5. Turn on the type of notifications you want to receive

Step 3

Tap on "Emergency Contacts" and update the list with phone numbers and emails
